Job centre is a platform that connects job seekers to employers and provide work ready skills for job seekers to meet the demands of industry. The Job Centre provides real time interaction with a trained career advisor, provides CV support and connects to job mentors; all for FREE. The Job centre is an innovation from the Youth Employment Agency connecting youth to both private and public sector jobs.
Navigate your cursor to the top-right corner of the portal’s homepage and click register. Choose either employer or job seeker option. Follow the fields to complete your registration.
Register and create an account. After logging in, click on “Job Seeker” on the homepage, which will direct you to your profile (CV). Complete your CV which includes your Personal Profile, Education, Work Experience, Skills etc. Based on your profile, you will be automatically matched with available jobs to apply to. Also, you have the option to browse jobs by clicking on “Jobs” and apply to jobs of your choice.

As a Job Seeker you will need basic bio data of yourself as well as a National ID number issued by the National Identification Authority to complete registration. If you are registering as an employer, you will need basic information about the company to register.
All services are FREE. You do not have to pay anything to anyone. Contact Job Centre manager via the feedback form should anyone ask you for payment for any service. Your complaint will be anonymous.
On your home page/dashboard, locate your profile (i.e. “Job Seeker”, “Employer”). Click on your profile, select the edit profile option (pencil icon), make necessary changes and save.

Yes, you can. First, register and create an employer account on the job portal. After verification, you can advertise your vacancies by clicking on 'Post a job' and complete the fields.

Yes. The job centre portal can be accessed on any internet enabled mobile phone. You can access all the services on mobile just as on a computer. All you need is internet connectivity.
Register and create an account on the job portal. After logging in, move your cursor to the “Job Seeker” tab. The tab shows a drop down of two options (Profile, Browse Jobs), click on the profile. Complete your profile which also serves as your CV.

No! Our job is to connect you to existing jobs on the market. It is up to the employer to recruit. We provide you the needed skills and connection to the employer to increase your chances of employment.
Your CV and application is sent directly to the employer for recruitment. If you are shortlisted for an interview, the Job Centre team or the employer will notify (based on agreement with the employer). You can also track your job applications on your profile account.
Register for an account on the portal. After logging in, click on “Training” on the homepage of the portal. On the training portal, you can access the available courses and enroll for your preferred choice.
You have not registered for an account or you have not completed the prerequisite course in order to move to the next course.
Each course has a certificate issued at the end of the course. This is issued directly to your account and can be downloaded.
